MRP-OO1
treatment for shift-work related sleep disorders & jet lag
IMRP-001 is a treatment for shift-worker, travel and body-clock related sleep disordered. MRP-001 is taken before bed and acts in two ways (1) to induce sleep and (2) to reset the internal body clock so that it returns to synchrony with the local day-night cycle.
MRP-001 is delivered as an ultra fine aerosol via a conventional MDI inhaler and has a rapid onset. With >80% lung deposition, MRP-001 avoids the extensive first pass metabolism, poor bioavailability and slow systemic absorption encountered by the equivalent oral medicine. Subsequently, the dose is more than 20x smaller and haas reduced side effects.

treatment for insomnia
MRP-002 is an inhaled therapy for the treatment of insomnia. MRP-002 is delivered as an inhaled aerosol via an inhaler before bedtime and is designed to promote good sleep using a non-Benzodiazepine class molecule for insomnia.
MRP-002 avoids first pass metabolism, poor bioavailability and slow systemic absorption encountered by oral medicines since it is absorbed into the systemic circulation via the lung
MRP-002 targets insomnia by delivering drug to the systemic circulation via the lungs resulting in rapid onset & high bioavailability

treatment for anxiety related sleep disorders
MRP-003 treats anxiety related sleep disorders by targeting multiple G protein-coupled receptors in the brain that manage both sleep-cycle regulation and anxiety.
Our unique technology platform contains molecules that target multiple receptors including MT1, MT2 and CB1 that reduce anxiety, increase length of sleep and re-align body clocks to aligned night-day cycles. MRP-003 is being developed as a inhalation medicine that has rapid onset, high bioavailability and minimal side-effects.
